Dear Parents,

            We welcome your child to the new class. Kindly make a note of the given points & extend your full co-operation in helping us to implement them.

ð  School Timings  (April session from 8.4.19  to 27.4.19):

Pre-Primary                      ------    8:00 am      to    11:30 am    (Monday to Friday)

Primary                  ------    8:00 am      to    12:30 pm    (Monday to Friday)

Secondary                        ------    8:00 am      to    12:30 pm    (Monday to Friday)

Primary & Secondary ------    8:00 am      to   11:30 am    (Saturday)

ð  School Timings (June Onwards session 2019-20):

Pre-Primary                       ------    8:00 am      to    12:00 Noon (Monday to Friday)

Primary                   ------    8:00 am      to    01:00 pm    (Monday to Friday)

Secondary                         ------    8:00 am      to    01:00 pm    (Monday to Friday)

Primary & Secondary ------    8:00 am      to   11:30 am    (Saturday)

Ø  Every Saturday is a holiday for Pre- Primary & 2^nd Saturday of every month is a holiday for Class : I  to XII.

Ø  Rest Saturday of every month will be a half day. (8:00 am to 11:30 am.)

Ø  Last working days of every month will be a half day. (8:00 am to 11:30 am.)

Ø  Kindly label your child’s belongings with permanent marker. (Water bag, School bag, Socks, Clothes, Diaries, Notebooks, Textbooks etc.)

Ø  Parents    (Pre-Primary) are welcome to meet the class teachers on all Saturdays between 9:00 to 10:00 am. (except 2^nd Saturday)

Ø  Regarding any queries, parents (Primary & Secondary Section) shall meet the subject teachers only on Saturdays between 10:00 am &  11:00 am (except 2^nd Saturday)

Ø  Parents must not enter in class rooms either to see their child or meet teachers during school hours.

Ø  The school bag must be equipped with the books as per time- table.

Ø  Leave for half day school will be avoided. In emergency, written permission must be taken from the Principal / Class Teacher.

Ø  Children, when sick should not be sent to attend classes. Half day leave shall not be granted to children.

Ø  Parents should check the diary of the child every day whether any notice / remark is there or not  and sign on it.

Ø  Maintain a file/ folder for worksheets and circulars.

Ø  Change of phone number or address should be informed to the school so that it may be convenient to contact in case of emergency.

Ø  Parents should send the child in proper uniform according to days.

Ø  During winters only school uniform sweater / blazer is allowed.

Ø  The child is not allowed to bring or wear any valuables.

Ø  Simple Wrist watches are not costly allowed from Std.: IX onwards.

Ø  Mobile phones are completely prohibited, if found with anyone, would be confiscated.

Ø  PT uniform to be worn on Mondays & Saturday (Activity Days).

Ø  Activities offered by school from Std. III onwards : Hockey, Handball, Karate.

Ø  School is organizing   Orientation meeting on 6^th April 2019 for K.G. Section at 9:00 a.m.  Parents are humbly requested to reach punctually for smooth functioning.

Ø  Fees shall be deposited on or before 15^th of every month between 8:30 am and 12:00 (Noon).

Ø  Visiting hours to meet Principal :     9:00 am  to  10:00 am (Monday  To  Saturday)
